The Energy Meter


Jon Gordon’s 10-Minute Energy Solution audit will help you find out which energizing habits you have and where you need to improve.

Step 1: Rate yourself or have someone else rate you on a scale of 1 to 10, with the lowest numbers indicating “sometimes” and the highest numbers “often”.

Step 2: Tally the score and use the Energy Meter to gauge your energy level. Give yourself a score of 1 to 10 on these:
